A Look Ahead…

I don’t know how I do it, but I seem to have a knack for burying myself with work. Or at least filling an otherwise empty schedule quickly. I know there is a part of me that enjoys it, otherwise it would never happen! There is something gratifying about hitting a point late at night and reflecting on the day, then you suddenly realize:

“Oh, I haven’t stopped working since I woke up!

As things stand now, I’m working on the first of a series of Pirate-themed illustrations, learning the basics of proper UX and UI Design (always expanding the skillset!), and just got in some fresh new business cards, reflecting the redesign of my resume, website, and portfolio! If you’re keeping track at home:

• 11 illustrations in various stages of development
  (all of which will be available as prints in the future)
• 2 resume designs for friends
• The Skeleton Bandit (first few pages coming soon!)
• learning about UI/UX Design
• Hot Mess press kit (closing in on the home stretch)
• Team Shark Week EP packaging and promotional materials
• Working 30-40 hours a week at a contract position
• Searching out permanent employment

NEEDLESS TO SAY… I have a very bust winter ahead of me.  ♥
